Under the dome: Seventy-four Oklahoma legislators, all Republicans, signed a letter written by the Oklahoma Petroleum Alliance to Oklahoma’s congressional delegation urging an end to the Clean Electricity Production Tax Credit and the Clean Electricity Investment Tax Credit.

The letter claims that the credits are being “gamed” to the detriment of Oklahoma’s economy and electric reliability.

Signatories include Senate President Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton, R-Tuttle, and Speaker of the House Kyle Hilbert, R-Bristow. In all, 25 of the Senate’s 39 Republicans and 49 of the House’s 80 Republicans signed.
