he Oklahoma House of Representatives tossed a lifeline to Tulsa’s unfinished Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture on Thursday.
Lawmakers passed House Bill 2673, by Speaker Kyle Hilbert, R-Bristow, allowing OKPOP to count binding pledges toward the $18 million it must raise by Nov. 15 to access an identical amount appropriated by the Legislature last year.
The measure must still be approved by the Senate and signed by the governor.
