David Holt secured a third term as Oklahoma City mayor in the Feb. 10 election, winning decisively in a low-profile race against a little-known challenger from the city’s south side. He celebrated the victory alongside his father, Stroud Holt, a former English teacher at Putnam City Schools for 30 years, whom he calls his “secret weapon.”
“We’re not finished yet,” said Holt, 46, in a victory speech, reiterating a slogan he first used during his 2018 campaign.
